Do you sell to individual customers?

No. We work B2B only (workshops, wholesalers, distributors, and businesses entering the industry).

What countries do you ship to?

We ship globally. The best shipping method depends on your destination, order volume, and delivery timeline.

Are your products original/OEM?

We supply a range of options, including OEM-style replacements and aftermarket performance products. The exact offer depends on your market and requirements.

Do you support vehicle fitment or compatibility confirmation?

We can assist using the info you provide (model/year/engine/platform code). Final fitment responsibility typically requires the buyer to confirm with their technical team.

Can you supply complete product lists or catalogs?

Yes. You can request a category catalog or send your RFQ list and we’ll respond with available options.

C. Ordering & MOQ

Is there a minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

MOQ varies by product and factory. We provide MOQ details in every quotation.

Can I mix multiple products in one order?

Yes. Mixed orders are common. We can consolidate multiple product groups and suppliers into one shipment.

Do you accept small trial orders?

Yes, depending on the product. Trial orders usually have different pricing compared to larger wholesale volumes.

How do I place an order?

Send your product list (links/SKUs/specs), quantities, and destination. We confirm pricing, lead time, QC requirements, and shipping terms—then proceed with production/stock preparation.

Can you support recurring supply or monthly purchasing?

Yes. We can build a repeat purchasing structure for stable supply, lead-time planning, and better wholesale conditions over time.

D. Pricing & Quotations

How do you calculate pricing?

Pricing depends on product spec, quality tier, order quantity, packaging requirements, and shipping terms (EXW/FOB/CIF/DDP, etc.).

Do you offer tiered wholesale pricing?

Yes. Many products support volume-based pricing tiers.

Which Incoterms do you support?

Common terms include EXW and FOB. CIF and other terms may be arranged depending on your case.

Can you quote FOB Shanghai?

Yes—FOB is one of our common working terms.

How long does it take to receive a quotation?

For clear RFQs, we typically respond within 24–72 hours depending on product complexity and supplier confirmations.

What information do you need to quote accurately?

Ideally: product link/photo/specs, target quantity, quality requirement, branding needs, destination, and preferred Incoterm.

E. Samples

Can I order samples before bulk order?

Yes. Samples are available for many items, subject to availability and shipping cost.

Are sample costs refundable?

This depends on the product and order volume. We can discuss sample cost policies in your quotation.

How fast can samples ship?

If in stock: usually fast. If made-to-order: sample lead time varies by factory and product type.

F. Quality Control (QC)

Do you perform quality checks?

Yes. We provide pre-shipment QC with photos/videos based on agreed check points.

What does QC include?

Typical QC can include: quantity check, packaging check, visual inspection, basic function check (where applicable), and shipment readiness confirmation.

Can I request a custom QC checklist?

Yes. Tell us your checkpoints (labels, packaging, parts count, measurements, etc.) and we’ll align QC accordingly.

Do you provide inspection reports?

We provide photo/video QC evidence and can provide structured QC notes based on your requirements.

G. Consolidation & Warehousing

What is consolidation and why does it help?

Consolidation means we collect products from multiple suppliers into our warehouse and ship them as one batchreducing shipping cost and simplifying logistics.

Can you consolidate orders from different factories?

Yes. That is one of our core advantages.

Can you re-pack, label, or palletize before shipping?

Yes. We can support packaging standards, labeling, carton optimization, and palletizing based on your shipment needs.

H. Private Label & Brand Support

Do you support private label (my own brand)?

Yes. We support logo printing, boxes, labels, barcodes, and packaging standards depending on product type and MOQ.

Can you help me build my own product line?

Yes. We support brand partners with product line planning, new product discovery, and repeat supply structure.

Can you use my packaging design?

Yes. Share your design files and packaging requirements. We’ll confirm feasibility, MOQ, and production timeline.

Do you offer “no brand” / neutral packaging?

Yes. Neutral packaging is available for many product groups.

I. Shipping & Logistics

What shipping methods do you support?

Sea freight, air freight, and express options depending on volume, urgency, and destination.

Can you ship one consolidated batch to my freight forwarder?

Yes. We can deliver to your forwarder/agent as agreed by the chosen Incoterm and address.

How do you estimate shipping cost?

We estimate based on cartons, dimensions, weight, pallet needs, and destination. Final cost depends on the confirmed packing list.

Can you help reduce shipping cost?

Yes—through carton optimization, consolidation, pallet planning, and selecting appropriate shipping methods.

What is the typical lead time?

Lead time depends on stock vs. production. We always confirm lead time in the quotation and update you during preparation.

J. Documents, Compliance & Customs

Do you provide commercial invoice and packing list?

Yes. Standard export documents can be arranged per shipment requirements.

Can you provide certificates or test reports?

Where applicable, we can support available certificates/test reports depending on product and factory. Availability varies by product group.

Do you help with HS codes?

We can suggest HS code options based on product description, but final HS classification is determined by the importer/broker.

Do you guarantee compliance for every country?

Compliance requirements differ by market. We can support documentation where available, but final import compliance should be confirmed by the buyer.

K. Payments & Terms

What payment methods do you accept?

This depends on order type and agreement (bank transfer is common in B2B). Payment terms are confirmed in the proforma invoice.

Do you offer credit terms?

Possible for established partners with repeat order history. This is evaluated case-by-case.

Which currencies do you quote in?

Commonly USD, but we can align with your preference depending on product and factory conditions.

L. After-Sales, Claims & Support

What if items arrive damaged?

Report damages with photos/videos within the agreed claim window. We will investigate and propose solutions based on the case (replacement/credit/etc.).

What if products do not match the confirmed specification?

Do you accept returns?

International B2B returns are not always practical. Most cases are handled via claims, replacement parts, or credit—based on confirmed evidence.

Do you provide warranty?
